Université Nangui Abrogoua (Ivory Coast)

On 20 December 1995, by Decree No. 95.975 and on joint report of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Technological Innovation, the Ministry of the Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Employment, the Civil Service and Social Security, the National University will be divided into three autonomous universities, namely:

• Félix HOUPHOUE BOIGNY University
• The University of ABOBO-ADJAME, former University Center of ABOBO-ADJAME
• Alassane Ouattara University, former University Center of Bouaké.

With Decree No. 2012-981 of 10 October 2012 determining the attributions, organization and functioning of the Universities, the University of ABOBO-ADJAME became the Nangui ABROGOUA University. It is located on the ABOBO-ADJAME axis in front of the FILTISAC factory.

It occupies the former premises of the former National School of Agronomic Sciences(E.N.S.A).

It should be noted that NANGUI ABROGOUA University is under the administrative and technical supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and also under the economic and financial supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
